Ingredients for 6-8 servings<\/h3>\n

  • 2 tin preserved peaches in syrup<\/li>\n
  • 175g sugar<\/li>\n
  • 150g butter<\/li>\n
  • 2 eggs<\/li>\n
  • 150g of plain \ufb02our<\/li>\n
  • 1 box of “amaretti” biscuits (250 g)<\/li>\n
  • Abundant unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n
  • 100g dark chocolate crushed into a powder<\/li>\n
  • 1 vanillin sachet<\/li>\n
  • Half a sachet of dessert baking powder<\/li>\n
  • A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

    Preparation<\/h3>\n

    Line a round cake baking tin with baking paper.<\/p>\n

    Cut the peaches into half moons and place them on the bottom of the baking pan.<\/p>\n

    Crush the amaretti almost into a powder and place them on top of the peaches.<\/p>\n

    Sprinkle with abundant unsweetened cocoa and dark chocolate crushed into a powder.<\/p>\n

    Beat the egg whites into a foam, add the yokes, the sugar, the butter melted on a very low heat and a cupful of peach syrup.<\/p>\n

    Add the \ufb02our mixed with the baking powder, the vanillin and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n

    Pour everything on top of the amaretti biscuits.<\/p>\n

    Cook on a moderate heat (approximately 170\u00b0) for approximately 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
