Ingredients for 4 servings<\/h3>\n

  • 1 kg breast of beef<\/li>\n
  • 100 grams lard<\/li>\n
  • 3 large onions<\/li>\n
  • 2 tomatoes<\/li>\n
  • 6 juniper berries<\/li>\n
  • 8 peppercorns<\/li>\n
  • 3 laurel leaves<\/li>\n
  • 1 sprig of rosemary<\/li>\n
  • 2 carrots<\/li>\n
  • 1 celery stalk<\/li>\n
  • 750 ml red wine<\/li>\n
  • Flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

    Preparation<\/h3>\n

    Massage the meat with the minced lard.<\/p>\n

    Dice the vegetables.<\/p>\n

    Melt the butter in the frying pan with the remaining lard.<\/p>\n

    Combine the vegetables and all the \ufb02avourings and spices.<\/p>\n

    Flour the meat, add salt and pepper.<\/p>\n

    Brown the meat with vegetables and spices.<\/p>\n

    Add the wine and simmer for about 3 hours, adding hot water from time to time.<\/p>\n

    When the meat is done, remove it from the frying pan and leave it to cool so that it can be cut up
    \neasily.<\/p>\n

    Sieve the vegetables or mash them to make a smooth sauce.<\/p>\n

    Blend the sauce with a chunk of butter<\/p>\n

    put the sliced meat back into the pan with the sauce.<\/p>\n
