Courgette bruschetta

Ingredients
- Courgettes
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Oil
- Bread
- Salt
Preparation
Dice the courgettes.
Sauté diced courgettes in a frying pan with oil, chopped garlic and parsley.
Add salt to taste.
In the meantime, toast slices of bread in a non-stick pan and rub them with a clove of garlic.
Top the toasted bread slices with sauteed courgettes
