Jam Tart

Ingredients for 6 servings
- 300 grams flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 1 whole egg
- 1 sachet of vanilla baking powder for cakes
- Grated lemon rind
- Jam to taste for topping
Preparation
Knead the flour, sugar, butter, egg, yeast and lemon zest.
Cover with a plastic wrap and allow it to rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
Roll out the dough on a cake pan lined with greaseproof paper and top with jam.
Bake in a hot oven at 175° c for about 35/40 minutes (the cooking time depends on the oven).
